Hi!

I am a clinical social worker who is passionate in helping people through lifes' struggles and their mental health concerns. I am a LGBTQ affiriming and specialize in treating mood and anxiety disorders, women's issues, eating disorders and addictions.

 My primary method of therapy is Cognitive-Behavioral, which focuses on reframing distorted, negative thought patterns that have caused distress and inhibited progress and/or personal growth. It is equally important to me to understand how your life experiences have shaped you into who you are today. I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach but rather a collaboration that highlights solutions and effective ways of coping.
